To answer this goal, our research utilizes a qualitative approach with a type of literature review research. Data was collected from secondary sources in the form of literature with literature analysis following the steps; material collection, descriptive, discussion, and material evaluation. From an economic perspective, cryptocurrency can be called a currency, because it fulfills the function of currency, but has not fully fulfilled the current successful currency, due to the problem of high price volatility. From a legal perspective, cryptocurrency does not meet the criteria as a currency, because currency refers to units of account and medium of exchange issued and exclusively dominated by monetary authorities and related to sovereign power where the value and credibility of a country's currency is determined. From a sharia perspective, cryptocurrency can be considered as a property (Maal), because of desire and storage. So the eradication process requires extraordinary measures. However, 24 years after the promulgation of the Corruption Eradication Law, criminal statistics show that corruption crimes are still high. This recorded is only a small part of the criminal acts of corruption that have not been criminally processed. Among the causal aspects is the legal system, especially legal substance. That was by disharmonization of these laws shows that there is an opportunity for the tradition of omerta by the perpetrators, namely the legitimacy of formal legal norms that replace Herziene Indlandsch Reglement. By another side of Islamic law criminal acts of corruption have an impact on the basic of worldly life as well as safety in the afterlife. So this research aims to provide a solution to eradicating criminal acts of corruption and elaborate on the Islamic legal system. The type of research was normative juridical with a qualitative approach by secondary data and meta norms regarding the Corruption Eradication Law and the Criminal Procedure Law. Research findings show that the culture of omerta occurs due to disharmonization of norms between the Corruption Eradication Law and Article 56 paragraph (1) of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure Law which gives suspects or defendants the right not to answer questions from law enforcement officials at any stage. inspection. This article aims to examine the concept of talfiq and how it is applied in formulating fatwas that create polemics. talfiq is an approach used to combine views from various schools of Islamic jurisprudence in formulating fatwas. This approach considers a balance between flexibility in dealing with complex practical problems and the diverse needs of Muslims. However, the practice of talfiq also gives rise to debate among ulama. Some see talfiq as a form of tolerance and inclusiveness in response to changing times, while others still adhere to the conservative principles of their respective schools of thought. In the case of fatwas which are a source of debate, merging madzhab through talfiq could be a solution that is more inclusive and relevant to current developments. Decisions regarding controversial fatwas, which involve the use of talfiq, must be based on in-depth study, ongoing dialogue between ulama from various schools of thought, as well as considerations of Islamic values, the benefit of the people, and the principles of justice. It focuses on the Islamic legal viewpoint regarding the political rights of disabled individuals as outlined in Article 13 of Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities in the Tanah Datar region and the support provided by the General Election Commission (KPU) during the elections. In practice, there are still disabled individuals who do not exercise their voting rights due to limited accessibility. This is an empirical research study, which examines how the law operates in society. The primary data sources used are Law Number 8 of 2016 and interviews conducted with the KPU, Bawaslu,disabled individuals. The research findings reveal that the Islamic legal perspective on the political rights of disabled individuals post-legislative and presidential elections in the Tanah Datar Regency is that Islam does not differentiate between individuals based on physical limitations, wealth, but rather emphasizes the importance of faith and piety. Similarly, in Indonesia, the state has accommodated the rights of disabled individuals in terms of both public accessibility and their political rights. This is governed by Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning persons with disabilities and is also accommodated in the Election Law, Law Number 7 of 2017. The purpose of this study is to find out how the people of Koto Baru Village view the prohibition of sekalbu marriage. To explain how the influence of the sekalbu marriage tradition according to Koto Baru custom. And how the Maqashid Shari'ah perspective reviews the case of the sekalbu marriage ban. The problem that researchers found in the field is the background of the Koto Baru custom that prohibits sekalbu marriage. Even though there is no single verse or hadith that prohibits the practice of sekalbu marriage. Meanwhile, the Koto Baru custom claims with its saying "Adat basandi syara' syara' basandi kitabullah", so that on the surface it is contrary to Islamic law. This research is a qualitative research using data collection methods, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research findings in the field that the Koto Baru Community adheres to a matrilineal kinship system. The matrilineal system is a system that regulates the life and order of a society bound in a kinship in the maternal line. Everything is organized according to the mother's lineage. In the customary rules of Koto Baru, a person cannot marry someone who comes from the same family. This research is a field study conducted based on the type of qualitative research. There are two data used in this research, primary data and secondary data. After using field data analysis based on sociological theory, in this case Galtung's conflict theory, this study found that the use of local wisdom in efforts to mitigate and resolve religious conflicts in Madura is by utilizing and prioritizing local community religious leaders. In the context of Madurese society, the single most charismatic, influential and well-respected local religious figure among Madurese people is the kyai. In general, the influence and charisma of kyai in Madura is obtained because he (kyai) has sufficient and complete social capital, this social capital includes power, knowledge and ideology. This discussion aims to explore the values </em><em>​​</em><em>of patience in the Qur'an, especially in seeking knowledge. This research was carried out by examining the verses of the Qur'an relating to patience, then studying the meaning and interpretation of these verses and looking for references related to the topic of discussion and articles relevant to the concept of patience in seeking knowledge, both in books written by scholars and works written by Muslim scholars. This discussion uses literature study, where research result taken from the text of the verses of the Qur'an is then linked to the research objectives to be obtained, namely the concept of patience in the Qur'an in seeking knowledge. The existing research result is analyzed in such a way using descriptive analysis techniques. and then interpreted in the conclusion discussion. The research results show that patience is a very important thing for students to have in the demands of knowledge. A student must develop a patient attitude in learning, because patience is the key to success, patience also gets huge rewards as promised by Allah SWT. Furthermore, students must be able to stay for a long time to complete one science study. This study used a qualitative method with an ethnographic type. 19 informants were selected by purposive sampling technique. This study found that mati baghorai is a funeral procession carried out by the Taluak community when a traditional leader dies. In its implementation, this tradition uses various tools, namely ghorai (corpse carrier), special clothes as a sign of traditional figures that are usually worn when alive, white cloth, umbrellas, and veils. Metode ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan uraian secara naratif melalui penelusuran referensi dari berbagai sumber yang berkaitan Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan. Analisis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari penelusuran referensi yang sharih (jelas) di reduksi dan dipaparkan secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan sebagai spirit kehidupan dalam berbangsa dan bernegara memiliki nilai-nilai yakni: 1) spirit kehidupan berkepribadian; 2) spirit kekeluargaan; 3) spirit kebermasyarakatan; 4) spirit kehidupan keorganisasian; 5) spirit keekonomian; 6) spirit berwarga negara; 7) spirit kecintaan pada alam; 8) spirit kehidupan dalam pendidikan dan kesenian. Dimana nilai-nilai tersebut saling berkaitan dengan falsafah bangsa yakni Pancasila. Keterkaitan nilai ini memberikan kontribusi positif bagi manusia Indonesia dalam mencapai komitmen yaitu berintegritas, bermoral, bernilai, beretika dan memiliki kesadaran (consisnance). However, humming and poetry in Islam is seen by some groups who take issue with it because poetry is something that is created without proof, it can alienate and neglect Muslims from worshiping Allah SWT. The form of research carried out is library research using a descriptive narrative approach by analyzing conceptually and examining the relationship between concepts in a text. To obtain novelty, researchers need to analyze the data presentation through content analysis and the data obtained is presented in the form of descriptive analysis. The Islamic legal perspective of singing baby crocodile poetry can be understood that the law can be permissible when the poetry used has no prohibitions and no commands, but the law can change to Sunnah when the poetry text is replaced in the form of besholawat, dhikr and other tayibah sentences, but the law can also change.
