PERSEPSI SISWA TENTANG KETELADANAN GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN TUGAS

Abstract

Teacher exemplary is a must that must be owned, this is because the teacher will be the central figure who will be an example. The teacher must also play the character of responsibility in carrying out  his  duties,  otherwise  it  will  lead  to  various  perceptions  from  students  about  the  example possessed by the teacher, because every action taken by the teacher will have implications for students. In order to be successful in carrying out their duties, teachers must first reflect good character. Teachers must be able to carry out their duties professionally as well as be an example for students of their character, besides that they must also be able to be good examples for students. Thus the learning process should not only be oriented to the development of the cognitive and psychomotor domains, but more importantly the formation of the affective and character domains. Therefore, this research is interesting to do which will discuss and see various aspects of students' character and responsibilities, teacher's example in carrying out their duties and the impact of teacher's example on student character.
