PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DEMONSTRASI

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities, the methods required by the teacher and their use vary according to the objectives to be achieved after teaching ends. A teacher will not be able to carry out his duties if he does not master the teaching methods formulated and put forward by psychologists and education experts. The demonstration method aims to provide skills, reduce the use of monotonous language, and help students make it easier to understand clearly about a process or activity because it is presented in the form of a demonstration so that it is more interesting and efficient. Demonstration Learning Method is a way that is used to achieve the goals that have been set. This method is used to reveal how something should happen in a better way. In this study students discussed how skills improve through demonstration methods, as was the case at SMKN 4 Sungai Penuh which used teaching aids as part of the demonstration.
