Pengantar Manajemen Pendidikan Islam
Abstract Studi ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep dasar dan tantangan dalam implementasi manajemen pendidikan Islam di lembaga pendidikan. Konsep dasar yang dibahas meliputi integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kurikulum, pembinaan karakter Islami, pengelolaan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, keterlibatan orang tua dan komunitas, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan, pemahaman tenaga pendidik, kesiapan regulasi pendidikan, dan evaluasi efektivitas implementasi. Hasil studi ini menyarankan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui pengembangan profesional tenaga pendidik, penguatan kultur sekolah berbasis Islam, serta keterlibatan aktif orang tua dan komunitas dalam mendukung pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan pendekatan holistik dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, diharapkan lembaga pendidikan dapat berperan penting dalam membentuk generasi yang berakhlak mulia dan berkompeten, sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam dalam konteks zaman modern.
