This journal focuses on the study of Islamic Education Management, which includes: 1) Educational Leadership, 2) Education Management, 3) Educational Supervision, 4) Educational Policy, 5) Pesantren Management, 6) Student Management, 7) Educational Innovation, 8) Curriculum Management, 9) Madrasah Management, 10) Management of Human Resources in the Field of Education, and 11) Organizational Communications. This journal is published twice a year, in May and November.
