Abstrak

The digital space era 4.0 is marked by the rapid development of technology and information. The progress of modern media in addition to providing opportunities to accommodate the needs of society, also provides challenges to adapt to the rapid progress. The unpreparedness of Islamic higher education in adapting to the media of the 4.0 era can cause setbacks in the future. Religious moderation as a middle way in dealing with differences between extreme and fundamental groups. What needs to be done to campaign for the narrative of the importance of religious moderation (the middle path) in Islamic universities to the community in the digital 4.0 space is to collaborate on educational marketing in the form of study program services, values and locations with humanist, inclusive, fair and tolerant principles through three stages. digitization, innovation and ease of information transfer.
