Journal of Da'wah
Journal of Da'wah is a journal that discusses the discourse of da'wah studies, published by Kerinci State Islamic Institute, Jambi, Indonesia.
The journal focuses on contemporary issues and challenges of da’wah in Indonesia. It aims to communicate both theoretical studies and research findings related to da’wah practices and scholarship. The scope of discussion includes textual studies and field research approached from various perspectives, such as Islamic Communication and Broadcasting, Islamic Counseling, Da’wah Management, and the Development of Islamic Community.
Published twice a year, the journal serves as an academic platform for examining Islamic da’wah and related issues comprehensively. It encourages scholars and researchers to explore da’wah from interdisciplinary perspectives while also paying attention to how da’wah is practiced in everyday social realities. In this context, the journal positions itself as a forum for critical reflection and scholarly discussion on da’wah activities and their development in Indonesia.
As a peer-reviewed journal, it is available both online as an open-access publication and in print. The journal upholds publication ethics involving all parties engaged in the publishing process, including authors, editors, reviewers, the editorial board, and the publisher.
Authors are expected to submit manuscripts that have been carefully proofread and properly prepared in accordance with the journal template. Before submission, contributors should ensure that their manuscripts follow the required writing format and style guidelines. Using the provided template for initial submission will help accelerate the review and publication process. Manuscripts that do not comply with the author guidelines will not be processed further.

We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. Using this system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures and supplementary information, including video) directly to our office and check on the status of their manuscripts during the review process.
